Best Ad network by Comscore

According to January news report about IT, Comscore best ad network or best publisher is Yahoo.com.

Display ads are defined as any rich media or static images that are served and loaded into a Web browser, but do not include video streams, text or paid search ad impressions. comScore reports the display ad impressions as "ad views," since the comScore technology records the ads as they are actually rendered on an Internet user’s computer as opposed to other technologies that only "spider" publisher sites for ads but are not able to record the actual delivery of all ads, especially behaviorally targeted ads, to the sites’ visitors or simply fixed monthly ad serving.

CPM and CPC is an advertising known as performance based. You only earn when your ad serving perform on your site. For the advertiser, it is very advantageous since you only pay on it is serve and the high or low rate will depends on its performance.

Well, i do not if comscore is the best web analytic company the monitor impressions, page views, unique visitors and behavior.

Yes I do use comscore with the help of other online ad tools like Alexa, compete, Google PR quancast etc.

Anyone can tell me who's the best among the following, comscore, ranking, alexa, quancast, compete and PR.

Well i used all of them to make better judgement.
