The event is set on March 7-8 at the Terraces of the Ayala Center Cebu.
Tubod Fest chairman Butch Carungay believes the
festival will showcase the potentials of the OTOP program, which is
aimed at making countryside industries develop their flagship products
and penetrate foreign markets.
"We will work with culinary experts and will ask
them to help the home-based makers of Cebuano delicacies," he said,
adding that this is to "professionalize the making of town products and
pursue product development."
