Last Kabanhawan Festival 2009. The whole family patiently watch the festival. Being a residence in Minglanilla give me opportunity to look for better seating position.
Right after the first presentation, the power line lost and we waited for about 1 hour. The Governor was not able to wait so she left the show. Luckily the light come back the shows goes on.
So what when wrong when the Kabanhawan Organizer use this gay as part of the entertainment. I think there is ethics problem in our organizer.
