Working with less supervision

This man took my attention while purchasing burger from Burger Junction near the Minglanilla Church.

I immediately recognize this man as the main reason of cleanliness around the plaza. So giving the opportunity i took this picture as a sign of gratitude for him for working with less supervision which is unusual for labor workers.
