Government Support for BPO industry

Knowing Philippines Business Process Outsourcing as an economic arm, the Philippine government also lent its support by allocating appropriate places and aiding BPO companies both local and foreign managed companies prepares their requirements in putting their facilities in the country.

They also offer tax incentive legal assistance in relocation of offices and employees. The government make sure that these companies get the supply of electricity and waters.

Some politician make it into their agenda by providing more training facilities for future call center employees. The Government is now looking for places in our provinces to host the new contact center offices. This situation, the prices of labor and commodities will be lower compare to Manila City.

More scholarship related to this work are now being offer by the government. We can expect that 2 years from now we will have adequate supply of agents for Philippines call center as well as companies engaged in local business that required talented employees in the use of language and computers
