The country according to World Banks could be a major perhaps the number 1 host of the BPO or call center companies specially those companies related to information and communication technology as cited by the World Bank.
At the present situation, Philippines cornered only 1% of the world BPO offshore IT services. But the potential is already seen since the Government is realigning the educational curriculum of its school in order to cope up the global standard which the call center companies in the Philippines set as standard.
