New Call Center Company to Open in Philippines

A US-based company may soon put up a 1,000-seat contact center in the Philippines, confident that the country remains “conducive" to outsourcing, an industry official said.

The present crisis in United States prompted many American Small and Medium Company to have their customer care, marketing, IT operation and accounting . Although the Philippines is not the cheapest outsourcing destination, the Filipinos offered value package because Filipino call center agents are flexible and skillful in many areas.

Advantage of outsourcing is that you don’t need to search for the rights employee. The agency will be the one to search and hired an outstanding employee for you. Less effort and Time, and you don't have to pay for their taxes and benefits.Filipinos are really good when it comes in English proficiency. They are work hard for best result. Another reason is that the low cost of operating in the Philippines. No doubt why many foreign investors, prefer Philippines for outsourcing.

I agree with you! Philippine call center plays a vital role in business. Not only for the cost why many foreign invest on outsourcing but they believe Filipinos are capable for handling customers in their wants and needs.
